I am working with a leader in the provision of industry best practice qualifications as they search for a Digital Product Manager to join their team.
My client are part of a larger learning services organisation, helping implement industry best practice to a range of areas including project management, IT, programme management and cyber-security as a few examples. Due to the past year and the technological advancements, they are introducing an online subscription model to some of their products which you will be at the helm of implementing and driving the success of this forward.
You need to have experience in managing a subscription model service previously to ensure familiarity with this type of product offering and how the product operates. You will have some collaboration with the Product Managers of the best practice qualifications to decipher the front-end roadmap of the course, prioritising features to ensure a fast delivery. Furthermore, you will be managing and assessing all work items that will be going onto these products and break this down if needed to help ensure a smooth learner experience through a guided journey.
Aside from looking at the product and its development, you will be the main point of contact for the design & development team to assist with any queries or qualms and alleviate them and when the product needs to be showcased, you will be supporting the delivery team as they endeavour to show business value, customer experience and the overall capabilities of the product.
