I am working with one of the leading professional training & coaching organisations in the expansion of their consultative sales team as they look to bring on board a Development Partner.
This is an organisation that work with a large proportion of the FTSE 100 companies and this just proves how they are creeping up towards market leader within this specific niche. They provide a blend in terms of product offering from a consultation service to eLearning training courses, power sessions and much much more so the successful candidate will always have a large amount of variation in the position. What also cements this in place is that every project you work will be bespoke and tailored to exactly what the client is looking for.
The role of Development Partner is similar to an account manager position in the fact that you will be handed pre-existing accounts that you will develop further, build relationships with and provide a full consultative service too. You will however be expected to bring new business on board and develop those accounts further through consultation, management of their needs and expectations and looking where you can assist them as a business with the product offerings and solutions that you will be working with.

This position does require someone who can drive to and from client sites so a drivers license is a must. There is a company car / car allowance incorporated with this role as well.
