I am currently recruiting for a market leading client in security systems who are looking for a Customer Experience Trainer to come on board and work from the brand new training offices built on site.
The organisation I am currently representing are undergoing a transformation in the way they deliver training to staff worldwide. They are upgrading the systems currently in place and beginning to conduct a more blended approach, of which you will be at the centre when it comes to the classroom content. An organisation at the forefront of their respective market, where innovation is at the heart of all that they do, and they are heavily backed by a global support network.
The role itself requires someone to have experience within an engineering, electronics or even better X-Ray markets to have an understanding around electronics and systems support when it comes to practical training. If you have worked in these industries and moved into training, gaining a qualification such as a CIPD that would be fantastic. A thorough understanding of learning needs/theories and learning needs design as well is a necessity. It isn't just focussed around technical training however, you also need to be comforatble in delivering soft skills training.
