Job Description
A fast-growing financial services organisation in Central Birmingham is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their team.
The successful Credit Controller with be responsible for recovering outstanding debt for both SME and large organisations.
Duties:
- Chasing outstanding debt from approximately 500 live accounts
- Negotiating payment plans
- Putting accounts on stop when required
- Performing Credit Checks on new and existing businesses
- Opening new accounts and checking credit limits
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Producing reports for management
- Resolving accounts queries
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Intermediate MS Excel Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
