I am working with a learning consultancy based in London who are looking to bring on board a Client Solutions Manager with experience around Moodle/Totara products.


My client is changing the way organisations and people learn through a unique approach to the learning experience by allowing the business to shape their goals and outcomes utilising the knowledge of those within their organisation. This approach has established a blend of clients across a multitude of sectors and is really helping this consultancy brand to stand out from the market and develop niche for themselves.

The role is for an experienced professional who's a strong communicator and autonomous worker to liaise with clients and represent the brand to them, looking at potential areas for further synergy and where you can really add value to these valuable customers. You'll work across the entire business so focussed and organised multi-tasking is imperative to success in this role as you'll not only work with clients but with the services and production teams in house as well.

The products are Moodle and Totara focussed so it's a huge bonus if you have experience of running projects within these but it's not the be all and end all, you can still perform well with an understanding of the wider market as long as you have that strong approach to relationships and customer engagement.

Consulting throughout the sales process is experience you must have as well as being involved with the implementation of the products as well, without these experiences you will not be able to hit the ground running and be fully autonomous with your work.
