Are you experienced in selling bespoke learning solutions and generating new business? Are you looking for a challenge where you can bring new accounts on board, develop relationships and work within a reputable and innovative consultancy? This could be your next opportunity.

I am working with an innovative organisation who are ever-growing and looking to bring on board a brand new role into the business where you will be focussing on bringing in new business developing those into fruitful relationships and retaining those accounts year on year. This organisation are at the forefront of the industry, focussing on creating bespoke learning content that incorporate video and animation, virtual reality content and gamified learning courses. This is a position within an organisation that are growing fast and are apart of a wider group which will provide a platform to grow and develop further.

The responsibilities of this position are varied but 80% of your time will be focussed on bringing on board new business and establishing a KPI retention rate od 80% solely around bespoke digital learning. You will be collaborating with the wider marketing team as well as other business functions to ensure client project briefs are detailed and the marketing for the projects are efficient. Collaborating on bid or quotation creation, client presentations, design and delivery is necessary so having a foothold in industry knowledge would be beneficial for not only a consultative sales approach but also to put together realistic account plans.
