The Business Insight function has a high profile, we are looking for a Business Insight Manager to lead the development and delivery of reporting solutions and analytical projects. Who has an extensive background in customer focus and previous experience of supporting all levels of decision making in strategic and operational departments across the company?
The ideal candidate would be excited by the idea of shaping the growth of Business Insight within a company. Able to strip out all unnecessary corporate governance and where independent self-starters have the autonomy to make a real difference.
This will suit an experienced analytics manager or someone with a very broad customer and commercial analysis experience looking to step up into a managerial role.

Ability to build effective relationships and manage stakeholders
Inquisitive nature and strong on independent research and self-development
Lead the Business Insight team in providing management information solutions and internal analytical consultancy across the business
Build and shape the Business Insight team through recruitment and development of existing team members
Support identification of business priorities with directors/decision makers and lead the identification of reporting and analytical needs for all functions in line with those priorities
Work with tech teams to develop the toolset and systems required to meet the reporting and analytical needs of the business
Ensure the core reporting toolsets (SQL Server database, Qlik Sense) are running smoothly and manage the handling of queries from across the business regarding access and usage
Lead development of insight assets including KPI's, customer segmentation and customer value models
Support the leadership team in promoting detailed data and KPI knowledge across the business
Contribute to the development of customer and commercial awareness throughout the group
