My client are looking for 2x Regional Business Development Managers to join to cover sales within the German and French regions.


I am working with a globally renowned education management organisation who collaborate with large corporations, niche consultancies and specialist businesses as they endeavour to help up-skill and develop staff with their leading learning technology content. They operate in over 40 countries worldwide and support businesses across a variety of verticals including IT, HR, Mining, Oil & Gas and digital learning. With the client being at the forefront of your work, you will be able to really consult with your clients to help deliver the most appropriate solution to their specific needs and expectations.

These roles are integral to the strategic direction of my client as they seek to expand their brand name in the respective regions by acquiring new customers and expanding further within the larger accounts that they work with. To help with the strategic direction, you will be leading from the front by conducting the full 360 sales cycle. This includes generating leads, acquiring new business and managing existing accounts, managing proposals and negotiating deal closes.

Extensive experience and knowledge of both sales processes and digital learning, training & L&D is expected in this position to help when conducting pitches and proposals as well as helping other team members along the way. Given the seniority of this position you need to be able to consult with clients using your experience as you'll be dealing with professionals from C suite to managerial levels within organisations. Your ability to consult at the start of the process will help to ensure that the training will be engaging and accessible, helping to maximise results and retention.
