If so, then please give me a call ASAP to discuss this Temporary Bookkeeper/Office Manager position.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Management Accountant in month end reporting and accounts preparation
  • Posting purchase invoices, matching purchase orders & reconciling purchase statements on sage
  • Chasing cash and contacting customers
  • Taking orders
  • VAT return preparation
  • Preparation of accruals, prepayments and routine journals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Compiling and processing month end and mid-month payment run

You will need to have the following:

  • An all round finance background
  • Experience with management accounts
  • Strong IT and Excel skills
  • Administration skills
