Woodrow Mercer are searching for an associate director (consultant/senior consultant/manager type level) to join an ambitious boutique consultancy on a mission to create highly engaged organisations with effective leadership teams.
You will be consulting to some big-name brands across employee engagement, leadership, organisational development and wider.
What you will need to be successful in the role:
- Experience in a client facing consulting role
- Consulted on employee engagement, leadership and organisational development (Or a specialist in one, with good understanding of the others)
- Ability to contribute to business development, marketing and innovation
- Collaborative approach
- Driven & accountable, knowing your contribution makes a huge difference
- A commercial mindset
- A sense of humour!
