Job Description

This family run company have seen huge growth over the years and are now looking for an Administration Clerk to join the Finance team.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Producing accurate sales invoices and sales credit notes as required
  • Maintaining both the sales and purchase ledger
  • Responding to any customer/supplier enquiries
  • Occasional Credit Control
  • Checking and posting authorised purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Checking VAT amounts and reclaiming where allowable
  • Other administration duties as required

You will need to be AAT qualified and have experience of working in a similar role. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office is essential, and you will need to have excellent attention to detail.
