Here's a little bit more about what you'll be doing:
- You will support the Management Accountant in the production of monthly accounts utilising Sage Line 50 and special care services software, preparing sales invoices, payroll data and balance sheet reconciliations.
- You will be the first point of contact for all customers wishing to use our cash office facilities at the Community Centre and will assist in dealing with cash and online payments for sales invoicing
- Petty cash reimbursements, client account cash transactions etc and cash handling
