This is a newly created Accounts Assistant role for my client based in Thorpe Park, Leeds. Salary wise they are offering £20,000 - £23,000.
Here's what a typical day will look like:
- Purchase Ledger - Inputting Invoices, payments, reconciling statements, Reviewing regularly.
- Sales Ledger - Raising Customer Invoices, posting receipts and reconciliations with Finance and card Statements.
- Customer Card Refunds
- Activating Customer Finance applications
- Dealing with Purchase ledger, sales ledger & Engineer Account Queries
- Credit cards - Posting receipts and reconciling.
- Assistance with other tasks when needed
- Sage Line 50
