Due to progression internally this company is now looking to recruit a talented Accounts Assistant, based in Wakefield. This will be a role with lots of variety and plenty to stick your teeth into - you will never be sat at your desk twiddling your thumbs!
Here's what a typical day will look like:
- Matching, checking and coding purchase invoices daily for all group companies on the Sage 200 system
- Ensuring that payments are added to cashflow in line with payment terms
- Processing Staff Expenses
- Setting up new supplier accounts & maintaining existing account details
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Filing Invoices & statements
- Point of contact for all relevant enquiries
- Assisting with payment runs
- Ad-hoc finance duties
Is this you?
- Previous experience in a similar accounts role - ESSENTIAL
- Sage experience - desired but not essential
- Salary dependant on experience
- Onsite Parking
