You will be based in Thirsk, working as the Accounts Assistant.
Add a little gold dust to your CV with these duties:
- Handling communications with clients and vendors
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers and budgets
- Liaising with banks and accountants
- Dealing with company purchase ledger
- Insuring invoices are posted in a timely manner
- Working with Sage Line 50, excel
- Raising with relevant purchase ledger payments
- Providing support to Finance manager
- Post cash to bank accounts and reconcile banks across a number of companies
- Paying, posting and reconciling expense claims
- Providing support to the Accounting Department
Is this you?
- A minimum of 2 years with finance experience in similar role
- Excel knowledge
- Previous experience with sage would be advantageous
