You will be working as an Accounts Assistant based in Harrogate.
Here's what a typical day will look like:
- Working with Sage Line 200
- Post cash to bank accounts and reconcile accounts
- Daily cash allocations
- Paying, posting and reconciling expense claims
- Processing of customer and supplier invoices.
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries.
- Ensuring internal financial controls have been complied with.
- Setting up of new clients and suppliers on the accounting software.
- This role will be treasury focused
Is this you?
- Experience within an Accounts environment
- Sage experience needed
- 2-3 years' experience as an Accounts Administrator
- Salary £23,000-£25,000
- Onsite Parking
