I am working with an outstanding digital learning agency in Yorkshire as they expand their sales team with an Account Manager.
They are a leading agency who are constantly looking at innovating and engaging learners across a variety of industries for their clientele. They utilise technology and the latest trends in digital learning to enhance both the engagement and experiences of their clients and there end users. This is a perfect job for someone who is passionate about ehancing relationships to help drive sales and provide the best solution for their clientele.
The purpose of this role is to listen to the clients needs and expectations, look at how you can service those with contract renewals and up-selling to help keep both the development and the overall solution moving forward. This is very focussed on relationship management and account development so someone who focusses on this as their selling nature over cold-calling and business development.
