I am working with a rapidly growing and leading learning consultancy who are looking for an Account Manager to come on board, looking after some of the smaller account to begin with but someone who will grow with the organisation and look after larger accounts in due course.
My client are a leading organisation in the Learning Technology space, working across a multitude of sectors from financial services to technology consultancies in implementing learning systems and designing and developing engaging learning content. During the pandemic they haven't had to make anyone redundant, their client base has grown and they have been expanding their team despite the ever-changing situation.
This role is pivotal to their relationship management and renewals of clientele year on year as well as looking at opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell across those clients in your portfolio. You must have experience of selling learning solutions from a consultancy perspective to be able to collaborate and work effectively with the client, being able to be a consultant in your approach advising and guiding them to both satisfy their requirements and maximise revenue coming in.
This isn't a role for someone who loves "hunting" in sales but for someone who is more of a "farmer" and wants to build on existing relationships and maximise the potential revenue from each client.
