Account Manager - Woodrow Mercer Learning
Woodrow Mercer Learning are currently working on behalf of a global financial services and legal education provider for a Programme Manager to join their high-performing team based in Birmingham.
The role of the Programme Manager is to maintain and regularly update all learning courses to ensure excellence is achieved in all aspects of the delivery process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the ongoing consistency in the quality of all learning programmes as well as dealing with all student enquiries in relation to any curriculum updates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the ongoing academic delivery of all learning programmes and content.
- Ensuring that all programmes meet the company's quality assurance standards and education design needs in their delivery.
- Working alongside Operations Executives to ensure that all programmes are scheduled and that the appropriate tutors are engaged to teach.
- Liaise with Partners about the operational delivery of programmes and provide teaching and or mentoring support when needed.
