I am currently working exclusively with a leading digital learning consultancy in London who are looking for 2x Account Mangers to join ASAP and potentially a 3rd over the forthcoming months.

Since COVID has been ever-present, this organisation has grown in not only work coming in but clients coming on board. This includes large blue-chip corporations as well as small - medium sized enterprises. They provide digital training to these businesses that is more relevant now than it ever has been before given the lack of face to face contact that we can have currently. This has been an industry that has been growing for several years now, COVID has just accelerated this growth not only for the industry but for this organisation as well.

The role is one which is focussed on consultation with your respective accounts and up-selling within those also. You need to have experience of account management for 4 years as an absolute minimum and have managed at least two large accounts simultaneously. You must be able to nurture client relationships and look at developing accounts and up-selling within those as well. When it comes to working with these businesses you need to be strategic in terms of your thinking processes, allowing a full understanding of the expectations and being able to translate that to the rest of the team to help guide them through the process. Also having strong financial acumen is essential to help to deliver accurate forecasts and budgets for example.
