Woodrow Mercer Learning - Account Director
Woodrow Mercer Learning are currently recruiting on behalf of an International, Talent, Engagement and Leadership Consultancy who are searching for an Account Director to join their high-performing and dynamic team based in central London.
As the Account Director you will be responsible for leading and supporting on new business development as well as owning and managing commercial relationships with key clients. With a split focus towards account management and business development, 80% of your time will be focused towards building relationships and opportunities with existing clients and 20% of your time will be focused towards building relationships and opportunities with new clients on a collaborative basis.
What you will be doing:
- Full client relationship management and business development responsibilities for key accounts.
- Developing new opportunities with existing clients to grow relationships and revenue on a collaborative basis with colleagues.
- Developing and or contributing to tenders and proposals with an overall client solution to support new business development for key or target accounts.
- Developing strong long-term relationships at a senior level in key or target accounts.
