2nd Line Service Desk Analyst
I am currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst located in Reading. The role will require you to support the installation and maintenance of the clients own developed software to a variety of customers, mainly by liaising with field engineers. Training will be provided on the software but in order to be successful candidates will be required to have:
- Excellent Knowledge of IT Networks
- Good technical experience of IT systems and databases
- Knowledge and experience of Excel
The role is paying up to £30,000 dependent on experience and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has been field based and is looking to work in a fixed location! Other benefits include on-site parking, 4% pension, life insurance and many other things.
