1st Line Support Analyst
Up to £23,000 pa (pro-rata)
Woodrow Mercer are looking to recruit an experienced 1st Line Analyst to join a reputable managed IT service provider based in Reading.
You will be responsible for receiving and logging all 1st line technical queries. Diagnosing incident tickets on the incident management system and escalating to the relevant department.
- You will currently or have recently worked in a 1st line function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- First class customer service skills, with the ability to work to SLA’s.
- Excellent IT skills.
