Job Description
Woodrow Mercer are looking to recruit a 1st Line Service Desk Call Logger to work for a reputable and long standing organisation in the Weybridge area.
This a temporary 3 month contract with scope to potentially extend beyond this initial period.
The purpose of this role is to assist the technical support team with their daily tasks and to perform assistance in the form of telephone support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Service call logging
- Providing basic telephone support to internal and external bodies
- Helping to ensure SLA targets are being met
- Assisting the Technical Support team with any requests
- Ensure escalation are raised to the correct departments/managers
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Customer facing experience.
- IT literate, excellent communication / organisation skills.
- A flexible team player that is willing to help others.
- Helpdesk experience.
