1st Line Service Desk Analyst
I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst located in Reading. The role will require you to provide 1st line support to both on and offsite users. This includes company supported applications, troubleshooting computer and network problems, proactively monitoring and determining the source of and ticketed issues. The successful candidate will have experience across:
- VMWare technologies
- Microsoft technologies
- ITIL foundation
The role is paying between £26,000 and £28,000 dependant on experience, with additional benefits such as free on-sight parking, 4% pension and life insurance.
