Having worked himself up from recruiter to manager to Managing Director, Daniel understands the value of fostering good relationships and taking longer term approaches which benefit all parties. A proud father and Liverpool fan, Daniel is one of the rare MDs who is always available for his staff and customers.
Mark has been involved in Woodrow Mercer since its formation in 2012. He is an experienced Finance Director, having worked in a permanent and interim capacity at this level for over 25 years. In recent years he has also recruited for a number of large corporate and SME clients at both FD and FC level. Fiercely competitive, he loves the challenge of a Tough Mudder.
Andrew is the sort of person who is a magnet for accolades. Nicest person, best recruiter, sharp businessman, Andrew has shown over his 10 year recruitment career that there are many strings to his bow. After co-founding our London office in 2014, Andrew has been a guiding influence and inspirational leader. Most recently Andrew has been promoted to Commercial Director and will be involved in the strategic direction of the business.
David is one of the many success stories that Woodrow Mercer has produced. Having joined 4 years ago as a Healthcare recruiter, David quickly showed his potential for leadership and within 12 months was leading our Healthcare team. David is now the Director of our growing Learning Team
Matt is a co-founder and Regional Director of the London office, which opened in January 2014. As one of Woodrow Mercer's senior statesmen, Matt has been working exclusively within Testing recruitment since 2006. Outside of work you will most likely find Matt on the badminton court swatting away a shuttle or two, or following the trials and tribulations of his beloved Aston Villa. He is an eternal optimist!
With more than 25 years experience around board room tables, Neil believes that objectivity and an ability to challenge the status quo are essential for effective FDs. He currently recruits and manages the team of portfolio FDs and in his spare time has been known to tread the boards in the local amdram society.
